TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF PHOTOCOPIER MACHINES

 

          Presently Rajya Sabha Secretariat is planning to procure a few photocopier machines for use in the Secretariat.  The likely quantity of the machines along with the salient features thereof is as under:

          It is therefore, requested that the rate quotations for supply of Digital Photocopier machines under the DGS&D rate contract as per the requirement cited above indicating make and model, features of the machine, accessories like trolley, stabilizer, etc. to be provided therewith along with the special discount/offer, if any, may be furnished in the enclosed proforma in sealed cover latest by the 22nd August, 2008.  No special offer/discount offered after the submission of quotation will be entertained.

          The tender should quote the amount (both in words and figures) of the Photocopier machines and submit the tender in sealed covers with Buy Back Offer against old Photocopier Machine, addressed to Smt. Prakash Munjal, Deputy Director, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Room No.222, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi, latest by 3.00 p.m on the 22nd August, 2008.

          No tenders will be entertained after the due date and time.
