Rajya Sabha Secretariat procures various Souvenir items for sale to Members of Parliament, Visitors and Officers/Staff of Parliament Secretariats. Sealed Quotations are accordingly invited from manufacturers/distributors and suppliers, alongwith their terms and conditions, for supply of the following items.

1. Key Chains(Big and Small)

2. Table Alarm Clock

2.         Sample of aforesaid Souvenir items can be seen in the Sales and Archives Section, Room No.002, Basement, Parliament House Annexe on any working day between 11.00AM to 05.00 PM.

3.         No form has been prescribed for submission of quotations but the quotationers should quote the amount, both in words and figures.

4.         Quotations should be submitted in sealed cover addressed to the undersigned (by name) so as to reach in Room No.002, basement, Sales and Archives Section, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi latest by 11^th September, 2008.
