To use the template, go to  'Start' and then to 'open office documents'  and open the required template, fill it up and save it as a word document. To send another notice, again go to 'open office documents' and open the template.

To print the notice, you can use the blank colour coded stationery made available specially for this purpose in Rajya Sabha Notice Office.
