Film show 'Scotosh Parliaments Opening Day' was shown on 1st November, 2000. On this occasion Mr. Tom Mecan, Deputy High Commissioner, British High Commission, Ms. Kamal Singh, Head Governances Social Justice, North India, British High Commission and Mr. Sital Dhillion, Regional Governance Adviser. A group photograph was taken along with Secretary-General Rajya Sabha and officers of the Secretariat on the conclusion of the programme. |
