The President of India Shri K.R. Narayanan addressed both Houses of Parliament assembled together at the commencement of the first session of 2001, on 19.02.2001. He is seen in the photograph arriving in procession at the Central Hall of Parliament, Preceded by the Secretaries-General of the two Houses, the Speaker Lok Sabha and the Chairman Rajya Sabha.
