Law College, Cuttack; married Shri Bimal Das, May 1, 1958; 2 son and Politics and social work; previously associated with, (i) Janata Party and (ii) Lok Dal; worked for flood relief in Dalai Ghai in 1955; participated in (i) School and College dramas and (ii) N.C.C.; represented Ravenshaw Girls' School and State of Orissa in Volley Ball in 1957; Founder, Mahila Mahashakti Sangha; President, (i) Mahila Maha Shakti Sangha, 1974, (ii) State Women's Wing of Janata Dal since 1989, (iii) Kamala Nehru Women's College, Bhubaneswar and (iv) Balikuda Women's College, Balikuda, Distt.
