Note: Except a Money Bill, which has to be introduced in the Lok Sabha, a legislative proposal (Bill) can be initiated in either House of Parliament and it has invariably to go through same stages, viz., introduction, consideration and passing etc. before it is transmitted to the other House. The `Status' column shows the current stage of the Bill.
